very loud room due to the train station,construction work and the gym underneath. The rooms are very old and the in the need of a renovation. Free internet is only available at the internet corner and NOT in the rooms.

Close to Zurich, easy to reach. It purports to be near/by the lake, but forgets to mention that the local train station is between the hotel and the lake and thus the lake is not accessible from the hotel.

The hotel situation on the lakeside and directly opposite the train station was ideal for me The hotel is directly opposite the main railway line out of Zurich and is very busy with many freight trains running through the night. I had a side room so the noise was not so bad, but I could imagine that anyone with a room overlooking the lake might have suffered mmore from the noise.

Zimmer mit Seesicht sind zur Straße/Bahnhof. Wegen frühmorgentlichem Zug- und damit verbundenen Krfatverkehr ist das schlafen mit offenem Fenster nur eingeschränkt möglich.
