The location is very near to MTR and major attractions in Kowloon. Room & Facility seems to be old and need to be renovated soon.

DYNASTY CHINESE RESTARANT WAS ALL-ROUND GOOD. STAFF, FOOD, AMBIENCE. THE CLOTHES STORAGE WAS TOTALLY INADEQUATE-EVEN IN A JUNIOR SUITE. THE BATHROOM SUFFERED FROM THE USUAL PROBLEMS WITH KOHLER LOCKING DEVICES THAT ALWAYS LET WATER THROUGH WHEN THEY GET OLDER THE CLUB ROOM WAS VERY POOR FROM LAYOUT AND FOOD. THE STAFF TRIED BIT WERE OVERWHELMED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE NUMBER OF GUESTS. NO SHOEHORN IN A HOTEL OF THIS PRICE. ALTHOUGH RESERVED FOR TWO PEOPLE, THE LAYOUT OF TOWELS, BEDDING ETC. WAS ONLY FOR ONE-EVEN AFTER THIS WAS POINTED OUT. TOO MANY TOURS FOR A HOTEL IN THIS PRICE RANGE.

Location is good. small room, reception attitude is bad, and not professional, spent at least 10minutes to check in.

The hotel appears to overcharge many patrons. They tried to overcharge me, and everybody in the queue in front of me had billing disputes as well. Management was completely inept at resolving these queries.

Good location very close to the harbourfront. Easy access to supermarket for low-cost snacks and drinks the hotel decor is very dated, and occupying a room close to the lifts means hearing the lift bell constantly. staff are very friendly but not very competent, e.g. language skills. I was disappointed not to see any staff offering to help me with 4 pieces of lugguage early in the morning.
