Very friendly, clean and helpful. Room a bit small, this is more a family home than a pension and certainly not a hotel. We had to share a coffee pot and meats with another guest at breakfast and the rolls ran out. We were not offered eggs. This is totally unacceptable at this price.

I can recommend it. we were not expected in the hotel because the owner somewhere put our reservation. We had to wait 2 hours on her and had to wait if she find reservation or not. She apologized in the evening. Besides that, this situation completely break our schedule of meeting in exhibition. We had to canceled one important meeting and had additional costs. I hope it will never happen in the future.

The owner was excellent and very friendly. She was very helpful an went out of her way to make sure our onward journey was trouble free. I was told when booking the hotel it was in easy reach from Hanover train station. In the end I had to get a taxi which cost al lot more money.

Private house not pension or hotel type. Very noisy and bad quality bed. So we left one night earlier and need to pay it.
