 Good breakfast - for US$28.00/person. Thus the price - in spite of the fact of the poor exchange rate -undermines the quality.
 The room was less than simple. Nothing in the room outside of the bed, the are two nightstands a desk one chair and a TV which did not work except of the pay channels! Not even an alarm clock - nothing! The light balls are the energy saving type, completely inadequate for writing and reading. The Internet connection if you ought to use one among the most expensive in the world, 39 Euro cent a minute. As at the positive side mentioned the breakfast is extremely expensive. Novotel hotel rooms are much better in quality everywhere where I have been than this one. |

Clean & quite place. Breakfast is good.
There was no coffee machine in the room as mentioned in the hotel description.
I had a 500 Euro traveller cheque which was not accepted for payment ( denomination of TC is more than the bill amount)
Internet access is very expensive |

Very delighted with the hotel, reception is spotless and smoke free. The hotel room very clean and well appointed. Meals in the restaurant were excellent. Service was excellent. Reception staff very helpful and polite. All in all, a very pleasant stay and would highly recommed to anyone. Would stay there again if ever in Hildesheim

| Before checking out a service person walked in the room (while were getting dressed) to check the mini-bar. That could have been avoided and made us feel misstrusted. |
