GOOD LOCATION FOR WHERE WE WANTED TO GO.PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY STAFF[THOUGH HAD DIFFICULTY WITH COPING WITH THREE LARGE GROUPS OF ELDERLY PEOPLE.SECURE CAR PARK DINNER MENU COULD BE IMPROVED

My wife and I have stayed in Accor hotels in many parts of Europe; they are normally our first choice. At Herouville: Friendly staff. Room comfortable. Lounge area small. Good parking. Easy access from main highway although signing could be clearer. Baggage trolley too large to fit in lift very poorly thought out. At least four of the toilets had stained underseats and dirty basin rims: inexcusable. There was no hair dryer: --- a very inexpensive item. PS. Re below --- I hope these comments will be more than 'statistics'.
