 Very quiet and clean with excellent breakfast.Staff, very friendly
 - one receptionist when asked how far is it from here, would say...10 min walk.Not true.Not everything was 10 minute away..
- Service in bar was slow, and twice I was forgotten for my order.Not only that, i was almost charged for it. |

Cleaning services don't provide shampoo in a constant basis, and you need to keep asking for them at the reception. |

The breakfast and the outside restaurant were excellent. I enjoyed several staff interactions, specifically with Yvonne, Tobias, Boris, and another young lady with dark hair and whose name escapes me at the moment.
I can't wait to return to Germany and I will stay at NH Heidelberg every opportunity I have.
I enjoyed my stay.
My bathtub was clogged and the room wasn't cleaned as well as I would expect. Also, I ran out of tissues 2 days before I left and the body wash in the shower was empty 4 days before I left. |

All staff are friendly and helpful.
The fitness room is only adequate. If you need a nice or full-service gym, you'll want to go to a nearby business. |

Very large noisy parties on the weekends
Towels are small and rough
Requested more towels and received only floor mats

- nice hotel architecture (mix of modern and old)
- AC is very limited. only to -6oC from outside temp. Also always seems that you have to call the front desk to start it!
- Parking is 14 euro / night |

Convenient to the Motorway and Downtown. Friendly staff.
When I checked in the staff said the garage was full for parking. They said it would open up later in the day. I found parking by Downtown. When I returned to the hotel that evening on foot, the staff said parking was still not available. When I asked the staff if the parking area I was in allowed overnight parking they did not know. I said I believe that I saw a sign in the parking garage that said it was open day and night. The staff said it probably meant they allowed overnight parking. I worried over the night obviously as to whether I would have trouble with the car in the morning. Luckily I found someone I could speak generally with at the parking garage and it ended up my car was fine. If the hotel cannot provide parking they should be better prepared to work with their guests to ensure they are OK. I was lucky this time. |
