staff were very friendly, responsive and helpful; ambience is good, restaurant is very good; location is excellent.
by international hotel standards attention to housekeeping detail could be improved. It was somewhat "basic": bedspread was not clean, toilet was oderous... soap dispenser mechanism was stuck; only one thin pillow |

Helpful front desk staff
The restaurant was CLOSED in the evening!! They explained that business was very quiet (January)..but I had specifically chosen the hotel as I wanted to eat there in the evening. As a 4 star hotel they MUST have a restaurant I believe. No reduction was made in the cost for this loss of facility. |

It is very clean and quite nice room. Location is good (not too far from either the station and old town).
No much of activities provided/facilities available, as expected for the 4 star hotel. |

Hotel is within walking distance from both the train station and the pedestrain area.
No bottled water (no gas).
No shampoo, conditioner and shower cap.
Breakfast not included in the package, and to pay $18 per pax separately for it is too expensive. |

Nicely furnished, modern hotel. Lighting in the room was excellent, which often is not the case in mid-range European hotels.
The mattress could have been firmer. |
