Very pleasant hotel with an excellent location right at the foot of the lane leading to the Heidelberg Schloss. Hotel is actually located on the top floor of a parking garage (P12), which although sounds dicey, was actually very convenient. The room was very clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly. Would stay here again any time.

My wife and I would return to this hotel if visiting this area again. Our friends in Heidelberg were impressed and will use the hotel for visiting family.
Some notice of cigarette smell in the hall ways periodically. |

Location is ideal for sightseeing, being positioned in the middle of the Heidelberg Altstadt
Location is less than ideal for business travelers, as its 15 minutes away from the A5 |

Unique location on top of parking garage but the view from the room was fantastic - and very quiet also

| My problem was, that according to the available pictures the hotel appeared to be very nice. A photo from the restaurant of the hotel would have helped to get a clearer picture. |
