Location is great, as it is the building and the concept

Room (205) was a bit small and a little poorly furnitured for the price, but worse was a terrible smell of (re-)fried oil every day early in the morning that came from the corridor. It was as having a very cheap (western)chinese kitchen restaurant just across the door. |

Central Location
New Condition Bathroom

Single "Superior" Rooms only have "Superior" hallway outside of the rooms.(I saw 2 : Room 209 & 305). The room itself is gloomy, small and furniture is old, no design, 5 inch TV set.
I stayed in a double "standard" room last time which was way more comfortable, bigger and more nicely decorated |

Beautiful old fashoined hotel in historic area

Directly across from a church who's bells chime every 15 mins, all night long. Also in a "party" area and heard constant yelling each night. Parking was about a five minute walk. This is not the hotel you want if you want to get sleep!!!!! |

This is a pretty historical hotel. The location is about as center as it gets. Breakfast and dinner are of good quality.

The central location is also a negative. It is noisy with heavy pedestrian traffic. Tourists are often found snapping pictures of the hotel because of its beautiful exterior. If you are light sleeper, stay at a different hotel or rooms not facing the front (if they have any). Parking is several blocks away. Staffing is light. So, there is no bell boy to assist with luggage. |

YOu couldn't fault the hotel, the location was perfect and within a stone's throw away from everything. It was perfect.

Only negative was probably the 3 church's and their bells that went off probably every hour to tell the time. But hey you can't have it all. |

Felt like a princess!

The wireless Internet doesn't work in any of the rooms I've stayed in. They need to get that fixed before I will stay there again. |
