 Wonderful location with greta view of old bridge, Nekar River or Old Heidelberg depending on room. CLean, older hotel well maintained. STaff was outstanding and friendly and very helpful finding things. Free parking a couple blocks down the street (this was fine as no need for car once in Heidelberg).
 With no central A/C, noises from side walk restaurants (talking, laughing, etc.) can be heard at night through open windows. Not a big deal. |

Nice big room. Clean. Nice view on the river. Friendly staff !
Breakfast is good but modest and everyday the same !
If room on front, it is very noisy.... heavy traffic and many loud people who drank too much.
You have to pay for the parking = 9 euro daily. |

Knarzende Fußböden, deutliche Dachschräge, kleines Bad, verschlissene Textilien, weiches bzw. durchgelegenes Bett.
Besonders wichtig: Die Garage ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt! Mehraufwand beim auschecken (Auto holen für Gepäck)! |

Very friendly staff, directly in the downtown
The breakfast is terible, always the same! No ham and eggs or scrambled egg, you get always only cold cuts. |
