Room was comfortable. Close to train - 1/2km walk (not hard) Had wireless but from our room was not strong reception, so had to use the breakfast room to use it - good value 2 euros for 24hrs - not free.
Good Grocery shop next door to buy food
and a pub for dinner up the road which was nice and good value
Breakfast poor- more variety in the bread and something else to put on it would have been nice besides one type of cheese and meat,
owner not friendly enough more interested in his morning coffee and newspaper.
Carparking was across the road in the supermarket , not a real safe place |

Our initial impression was not great however there were lots of other families there and the hotel soon grew on us. We had a very pleasant stay

| Some of the staff were friendly, but another staff member seemed angry. We certainly did not feel welcome when we arrived.
The breakfast was good, but the description was overstated. It was not a "copious breakfast buffet."
The description states that the hotel has its "own parking lots." This was actually the parking lot of a ReWe store. |

Good location, walking distance to Reilsheim railway stop. Gentlemen staffing reception area were responsive to requests.
Room not warm enough. Description indicates hairdryer available; there was none in the room, good thing I brought my own. |

Very good terrace.
Not very appropriate for elderly people:No lift, very steep steps to the 1st floor. While cleaning the rooms dirty towels on the corridor floor. Other hotels with the same category are more recommendable |

| The room was very small, there wasn't a phone in the room or in the guest lounge. the staff were not friendly and the breakfast was hardly 'copious', coffee was the only beverage available at breakfast. The 'various nearby restaurants' were closed both days I was there except for the kebab house. The pictures of the hotel rooms did not include the one that I was given. |

| A clean and OK hotel for one night's stay as we had. Not suitable for disabled as there were many steps to overcome. |
