 It is an excellent hotel - location, charges, service, room size, breakfast - nearly everything. They arranged a -full- breakfast very early in the morning for me.
 The heating is somewhat inadequate. |

Breakfast options are good
Relatively old and sparsely equiped. The beds are awfull with cheap foam matresses. No shower curtain in the bathroom. WLAN worked only in the hallway. In total I feel the hotel is too expensive for what it offers. Staff is rather reserved and not very friendly. |

Considering the location it is remarkably quiet, esp. with the window closed. I have already recommended it to my friends.

The hotel is locating at quite place even close to the station. A supermarket is also very close.
People are not very friendly for the non-German speaking people. But not only hotel. |

Efficiently run. Everything done promptly and on time.
Need to install blinds to keep out street lights.
Extra pillows would make for greater comfort.

The space at the toilet (next to the bath-tub) was a bit small for tall people. |

| Only 1 staff member was helpful - the others were not helpful and were close to rude. The room was very cramped. Small would be ok, but there was no place to keep luggage and things. Listing says laundry service but we had to find a laundromat and do it ourselves which did work out fine. |
