Cheap

Small rooms, small breakfast buffet, out-dated facility |

Staff were very polite & helpful and efficient in all administrative aspects

There was a lot of noise from outside the hotel (e.g. motor bikes at 3am!) which made sleep very
difficult. Also the pillows provided in the room were very soft and not comfortable to use |

Breakfast

- Parking is not included in the rate. Problem is that there is no other option rather than using hotel parking in the location. |

Size of the room

- Parking is not included in the rate. Problem is that there is no other option rather than using hotel parking in the location.
- Confusion on the rate conditions that finally was solved by general manager. |

Lots of choices for breakfast. Room size is good.

Water smells a little. Internet expensive. |

The location is very good.

considering the price, the room is too small, without internet access, average quality of service... It's not worth the money. |

excellent staff! can't say enough about helpful, courteous, and professional staff

it's in the middle of nowhere.. no restaurants, no drug stores to purchase anything forgotten at home, no food available on weekend and holidays, no walking outside,,, spent in total more money on hotel and cab fare into the city than groups staying in the city center |

Plenty of staff available to speak English. Staff is pleasant. Iron & ironing board available upon request. Restaurant food is good. Just a few kilometers away is downtown, where the pedestrian district is nice. Several shops and restaurants to see.

The fitness area is unacceptable. No treadmills, one machine weight system where all exercise variations share the same weights so only one person at a time. It did have a row machine and a bicycle but neither were modern equipment. For running, I'd recommend catching one of the outdoor paved trails (weather permitting). Non-smoking rooms were available however don't be surprised if you are directly across from a smoking room and the smoke enters your room beneath the door. |

The restaurant generally was exceptional.

The room was the smallest hotel room in which I have ever stayed. Amenities were good, but the room felt very crowded. |

I've stayed before at the hotel, and would consider doing so again.

Lots of extra charges, for standard items like Internet and Parking (even though not in the city of Heidelberg). |

Very clean, staff was great, and food was very good as well.

The sports equipment was very poor. |

It would be good if there were one English speaking channel offering entertainment rather than just news. 3 news statons is great but everyne needs a little entertainement. |

Quiet hotel. Nice.

Expensive restaurant. With same money you can go to old town and eat well and come back by taxi. |

The staff is exemplary and my stay was very pleasant. The food served at breaks during the conference was outstanding.

The evening meal was average |

Internet access still far too expensive. SAP should negotiate room rates including internet. |

Very clean and comfortable room. The dinner buffet was very good and the breakfast buffet is definately worth a second stay at this hotel! I'll book here again next time I'm in the area.

Hotel directions on hotel's website are poor. It took me 20 minutes to find the hotel from the Carl-Diem-Str. bus stop! A decent map would have been useful. |

Upgraded to Executive room at corporate rate for only a few Euros more a night, and was well worth it. Room was clean, spacious, well ventilated, and staff are very pleasant at hotel.

Standard rooms are poorly ventilated, overheated, and have very small bathrooms. Stay away from them. |

| It would have been nice to be able to see, on the hotelbooker.org website, that the hotel has shuttle service to SAP and (through TLS) the airport. You site doesn't provide that kind of information. |
