The staff is absolutely incompetent and the service is very poor. I stayed there a few years ago and it was okay, but the service has gotten a lot worse. They were unable to deliver my laundry on time. I was also in my last stay there put into a smoking room without anyone even checking with me whether that was okay. The people at the reception made me wait at checking as they served other guests that had arrived after me. Finally, the hotel looks old and definitely needs a refresh.
