Due to being in the middle of downtown Heidelberg, it can be noisy on Friday evenings. |

Location Outstanding - Almost worth the price on location alone
Breakfast very average and breakfast staff not very friendly. Waken during the night with yelling. |

Wonderful location and staff.
Parking is a bit confusing as there are multiple entrances to the multiple parking garages in town and this hotel limits their contract to only one garage. We mad the mistake of entering the wrong one and so were made to pay full price. Both my wife and I are convinced we heard Parking Area 13, but at check out we were told we could not have heard that, as it is always Parking Area 12. So be sure to listen extra careful, no matter how many sets of ears you have! |

good location to bars,shops,resturants staff were very friendly and helpful room was good size even though I travelled alone.The hotel was very clean throughout.Hotel was quiet at night , would recommend

The hotel staff give EXCELLENT services. They are very attentive to customers needs, very accommodating, immediately fullfil your request if it's possible, very friendly service. And the breakfast is great!
Due to the nature of the hotel building (older building), each room size and layout is different. This was not very clear to me. |
