Most of the rooms are old. It's possible to get a good room and another one for the same price a bad room. |

Very recommendable, perfect location in the middle of the city next to the Opera, spacious and very well appointed room, flexible and helpful service, very quiet room as requested at reservation.

Schnelle umquartierung, da das erste Zimmer zu kalt war.
Das mir zugeteilte Zimmer war eiskalt.
Es war nicht möglich ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen zu bekommen. |

The hotel is pretty well maintained and refurbishment is still ongoing, but never disturbing guests. Bathrooms are new and nice and absolutely clean. Especially the small things make it worth to stay in Karstens Hotel Luisenhof.
If you get a room to the street it becomes noisy in the early morning hours as the street is cleaned or the waste disposal passes by. |
