Clean and reasonably comfortable room,pleasant staff, decent breakfast, very close to central station and Steintor tram.

Quite noisy in the street at night (some traffic, but mostly voices and arguments!). A convenient more than a pleasant area of town. Having said that, the Old Town is only a short walk away, if you don't mind wading through the red light district first.
