The staff were friendly. The breakfast choice was great. At night, there was alot of noise from the busy road outside. There was no iron available to use. The bathroom sink plug did not work, so no water drained away.

The hotel Staff was exceptional, especially Melony, Dominick and Dani. There desire to provide customer service should be used at other companies seminars. the on site restaurant was great. This hotel is in the heart of downtown and close to great shops and restaurants. Train station is close by. smoking in public areas, very bad, the breakfast bar although, well rounded was a little pricey at 30 eur.

The staff at this hotel was outstanding and the service was 5 star. The breakfast bar was superb and well rounded. The restaurant was to flight, and very tasty, this was a treat. Smoking in public areas is very annoying, the spa is not attached to the hotel as expected and is an extra charge. Although the breakfast bar was very good, 30EUR seemed excessive.

I really enjoyed my stay. Being in Germany although I speak german very well. The hotels staff speak very good english which was also a plus.
