At arrival it seemed as if we was not expected despite our reservation. In the Hotel resturant in the evening it was not possible to pay with reditcard(Visa used for resrvation). At check out we could not pay by Credit Card, due to tecnical problems, and had so fint Cash to pay. This is unacceptable as this website gives the inpression that payment by Credit Card is possible. This should have been mentioned at Check in. In Denmark there would allways have ben the possiblity to manke credit card transaction on a manual basis, if the tecnical use is impossible. As this website has my credit card data, for the use if I do not follow the agreement, there could also have been the possibility that these data could have been used to arrange the payment.
