Location is very good and once renovation is completed hotel should correspond to the pictures and description. Would recommend hotel once renovations are completed.
I was unaware hotel is under construction. It was very noisy during the day. The rooms look tired and require updating. |

WELL LOCATED
NEAR THE STATION AND ALSO HAS A BIG BOTANIC GARDEN WHICH IS EXCELLENT FOR FAMILY

Nice room, fine view (though towards west) fine room with lots of wood panelling, friendly staff and nice and very un-crowded pool and traíning area - fine.
The room was surprisingly warm - but we did not care to switch om the aircon which could probably have put down the temperature. |

The hotel is very well situated, in the middle of the city near to the park. The location is really good as it is 1 minutes walk to the train station and aldo to the S-Bahn.
The rooms are not good enought in comparison with the price. |

| Judging by the outside, this hotel appears to be modern and attractive. Hallways and rooms, however, are run down and unmaintained to a degree you would not expect from a hotel of this size and location, especially not one rated at 4 stars. |

| We prefer this hotel in Hamburg mainly because it is possible to check out late, i.e. at 3 am, and normally it is also possible to chech in early. |
