very good value for the money - I booked through hotel.de and paid only 61.50 Euro for a two bed room with breakfest. 4.50 Euro for parking seemed also very reasonable.

Very clean and comfortable. Very handy for the Billstedt Center and U bahn. Einstein Bistro next door highly recommended.
 Some road noise from ambulances and the like. Not the hotels fault but woke us a couple of times. |

Access to the centre of Hamburg via the S-bahn was very convenient.
Staff were very helpful.

| The hotel seems to be catering mainly to dishonest customers: telephones are usable only after leaving a deposit at the reception, and even then some extensions are blocked. |

Good Breakfast range and times fit in for early and late risers. Also the fact that breakfast was included in the price made the hotel good value for money
The wardrobe in our room kept falling to pieces. Also hairdryers provided in the room would be really nice |

Although our room was facing the main street outside the hotel, there was no noise. The breakfast is very nice in a sunny room. The staff constantly refilled the breakfast buffet.
The location of the hotel is not very good if you use public transportation. The walking distance to the underground is 15 min (instead of 6min as described) and it should be mentioned in the description that the underground ride itself is almost 1/2 hour to the inner city. Otherwise the hotel was good. |

| You should have a direct conektion with hotel reservations manager.If i make a late reservation receptionis don´t have it -not before next morning and it makes problem to check in |
