| The hotel seems to be catering mainly to dishonest customers: telephones are usable only after leaving a deposit at the reception, and even then some extensions are blocked. |

| Although our room was facing the main street outside the hotel, there was no noise. The breakfast is very nice in a sunny room. The staff constantly refilled the breakfast buffet. |

| The location of the hotel is not very good if you use public transportation. The walking distance to the underground is 15 min (instead of 6min as described) and it should be mentioned in the description that the underground ride itself is almost 1/2 hour to the inner city. Otherwise the hotel was good. |

| You should have a direct conektion with hotel reservations manager.If i make a late reservation receptionis don´t have it -not before next morning and it makes problem to check in |
