Very efficent reception service. Room was clean and nice, the hotel was perfectly placed with the underground station just outside, excellent location.
 There was some noise from the road outside, but not enough to cause a problem. |

Excellent breakfast. Easy access to city centre.
Plastic cover on mattress made the bed very hot. Toilet and bathroom were separate with no washing facilities in the toilet, which was rather inconvenient. |

although size of room is a bit small.
Internet Connection is not working....Wired or Wi-Fi; even if I am willing to pay!! Might be only occasional technical problem with m3connect. |

Staff did not know which buses can be used to reach the hotel. Hotel is somewhat far from the city center. No mirror in the room (just one in the
bathroom). |

| My favorite hotel in Hamburg. Located very close to the city center and the beautiful "Alster", this Hotel was a total surprise for me.
The guest rooms are not very spacious, but beautifully appointed. Given the room price compared to other Hotels in Hamburg, the Dorint is a hidden gem. |
