 Smoking in M&M-bar should NOT be allowed. Our clothes smelled of smoke, and for that reason we will not enter the M&M-bar again even if it's cosy |

| Melamine equipment and very old rooms are not worth 4 stars. I would rate it 3 Stars only. Location description sounds flashy "between theater and gallery, but walking to station, however short, requires passing of drunks and junkies. More adequate description would be: "Behind the train station" |

That we could obtain our luggage at the hotel until 15.00, and the possibility to get a shower after the marathon.
We found it strange that the staff handled our car and we could not get access to our car during the stay. It is not necessarily negative. |

Room was very basic but the atmosphere of the hotel, and the restaurant and bistro and piano bar more than made up for that.

I left after one night!
You should have a look yourself. Seems like carpets and other interior decoration was never replaced after the hotel opened (in the 19th cen?. This is a disgrace to Hamburg. |

| Everything was OK ,the thing is Location of the hotel was extremely good.
Very close to Haubtbahnof, Mönkeberg str and Rathaus etc. |
