The Ibis Airport is the priority hotel to stay at when on business trips as they are very accomodating.

Modern hotel. Very kind personal. Shuttle for free to the airport. No flair (bathroom module), WiFi access not in all rooms and not included in the room price (7€).

Very convenient location for Hamburg airport travelers - literally within walking distance if you don't have much luggage. Several restaurants are within walking distance if you want to eat somewhere other than the hotel restaurant, which has limited hours. Hotel is 'no frills' but clean, modern, and a good value. Nothing negative comes to mind

Very helpful staff, friendly and competent. e.g. after prior request we got dinner even half an hour after the kitchen's closing time. The requested parking area for our truck was reserved right in front of the hotel.

The hotel and the staff are VERY good and they will do extras to help my stay even more. I have spoken to many other people that visit Hamburg and pay more for a hotel that is NOT as good as this hotel. Yes it is close to the airport but all the times i have stayed at the IBIS the noise from planes has NOT bothered me at all. There is very little noise from the surrounding location. I love to have a HOT breakfast but unfortunately the IBIS does not do hot breakfast
