OUR ROOM WAS AN INTERNAL ROOM FACING A COURTYARD AND WAS VERY QUIET.IT WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AND THE SHOWER ENSUITE WAS FAR BETTER AND LARGER THAN MANY OTHERS WE HAVE USED.STAFF WERE FRIENDLY WE HAD NO TROUBLE WITH THE STAIRS AND THERE WAS A LIFT. IF YOU CANNOT MANAGE STAIRS DO NOT COMPLAIN

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Good value for the price. Room was clean and adequately furnished. Room was quiet. Neighborhood is not good and there are many questionable people hanging about near the entrance. Lighting in room is too dim for easy reading.

VERY friendly staff - Very disreputated neighborhood. I even felt unsecure at night. - No dial-through to rooms. - Noisy TV signal.

Price/Performace, Location right next to Hauptbahnhof, large & clean room The street it is on is not particularly nice. Especially if arriving at night

Die Einrichtung ist ein wenig rustikal, die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.
