 All (!) personell makes you feel very welcome. The natural friendliness of the people who valet park your car is impressive. It's a real pleasure to stay here.
Breakfast is fantastic!
Spa and Squash Court are very good, too!
 The room I stayed in was a tad small and crowded. Some rooms have a bit of smell from the restaurant downstairs. Ask for a room away from it... |

Really good and complete breakfast with lot of fresh stuff (fruits, tea, etc.)
On the side of a prostitute pick-up zone, meaning a lot of trafic around the hotel and a lot of girls walking the streets around the hotel.
Rooms are oldfashioned and need a re-decoration with new fresh furniture, bathroom, carpeting, etc. (basically all) |

room is okay for 1-2 nights in case you need it to look for a hotel nearby the main train station and you work the whole day
no WLAN and the DSL network cable is to short in order to work convenient on the desk - take an extension cable with you. |

Breakfast is good and the location is very good.
Some rooms are so far away from the lobby. And there are some rooms that required a long flight of steps. Had a lot of difficulites bringing my bag down to check out. |

A very welcoming and comfortable hotel. This is the first time we stayed there, but we will return regularly as we pass through Hamburg often.

Very nice breakfast catering and area
It appears to be a bit "old-style". Old fashioned room keys - not updated in furniture style in the rooms. Ridiculously old tv/remote control with a pour selection of non-german channels. |

friendly staff, really clean, great location, reasonably priced.
wellness area seems to be a bit outdated, some parts are rusted and colored from age. pillows are too flat. |

We were very happy to have our bedrooms available
at 7.00am as we stipulated early check in without extra costs.

| Location is excellent. You can arrive from airtport directly by bus. Bus stop and central station is just oppsite the hotel. Airport shuttle and all public tranportation vechichles in "Hamburg Grossbereich" are free of charge for Hotel customers. Breakfast buffet is very rich comparing with other hotels in the same class. There are some improvements area in general technical capability (in 6. floor you should wait 3-4 minutes for hot water, elevators are slow and not sufficient,)But the location and service excellent ! |
