We had booked a disabled room for my husband which was very well fitted out. There was disabled parking outside the main entrance and access was very easy. All staff were incredibly friendly and spoke perfect English. My husband loved the pool/sauna area although he terrified the poor staff by falling over a few times. They were however very nice about the whole thing. Highly recommend everything about this hotel and can't wait to stay again.
The rooms need to get an upgrade to a better more cosy athmosphere. The stairs down to the lobby are hindering a smooth flow of e.g. with rollerbags.
