Our establishment is a non-smoking hotel. Hotel Lauberhorn is a 2-star bed and breakfast hotel which accommodated guests according to the principle: Enjoy your day. It is especially popular with paragliding fans, mountain bike enthusiasts and guests keen on any kind of sport. A Postauto station is right in front of the hotel, during wintertime transport by ski bus is free. Guests arriving by train will be picked up from the railway station. All hotel rooms provide a shower and toilet. Furthermore, the regular and cheap-south rooms come with a balcony and offer thus a unique view of the Eiger and the mountain scenery. During the winter season every Saturday evening we prepare homemade cheese fondue for our guests and once every week you are welcome to enjoy a ski guiding with Beni, the hotel’s chef. On New Year’s Eve there is Fondue-Chinoise Buffet à discrétion (all-you-can eat buffet, available only upon reservation). The hotel provides a sauna, a sundeck with relaxing music, a recreation room, a Plagier bar where snacks are served, a media centre and a spacious parking lot. Dogs are only permitted in the Cheap Rooms, the additional charge is CHF 5.00 per night. Dogs are not permitted in the breakfast room and may not be left unattended. The Hotel Lauberhorn will remain closed until the middle of December 2009 (at good snow circumstances, we will open on the weekends at the beginning of December). |
