Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, and they provide good and friendly service at the desk. There is however an exception that one of the staff is not helpful at all and never smile. quite far from the bus stop. Have to walk about 8-10 minutes.

The room is pretty spacious and well-maintained. The staff are very helpful with directions. You need to take a bus to get there but considering that it's so much cheaper than the ones at the city centre, we didn't mind.
