Hotel very good service excellant
for a 12 hour stay in the hotel, seven of which spent asleep, 15 pounds is a steep price to pay for the internet.
No wake up call, except via the TV, is un nerving when one has a 6am flight. My husband called me from Florida as my wake up call, but was told there was no record of me being in the hotel!!! an expensive wake up call because it took took ten minutes to resolve! Poor staff! Poor management.
