Noisy airco, dirty carpets, stains on carpets and furniture upholstery, furniture in non-smoking room damaged with cigarettes, dust on furniture - do they plan a reconstruction soon or what it is? How can the hotel charge that crazy money for it? |

The room are very spacious and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Sofitel is definitely a hotel, which I would recommend to others, who want to stay in Gent.

Extremely good value - best rate of any internet site which provided a fantasic room with almost 360 degree view of surroundings. Would not hesitate to use TravelRes in future.
