Lovely hotel, all rooms were lately renovated, each of them having its individual theme. The owners are friendly, give tips on what places to see and where to go. As the hotel is located close to Ghent St. Pieters, Hotel Chalet de Maalte is the ideal starting point for travels through Belgium. The city centre itself is only 15 min by tram, the tram stop in a 5 minute walking distance. All in all, we loved staying over at this little family hotel, felt perfectly catered for, and we are looking forward to coming back really soon.
