Staff were exceptionally helpful Too much furniture in room made it cramped.

The hotel, which is quite anonymous and characterless is not welcoming to lone female travellers because of the overt prominence of the x-rated TV channel every time the TV is turned on, the generally unhealthy breakfast and (though not the hotel's fault) the other guests, who were all male during my stay. The carpet in the bedroom felt unpleasantly dirty. Would not choose to stay there again.

schönes hotel auf die separaten kosten für einen parkplatz am hotel wurde nicht hingewiesen (parkplatz 6 EUR, keine andere möglichkeit). parkplatz wurde bei der buchung angeklickt, leider war aber keiner mehr frei.

The Hotel was very nice and clean but Gera is not a very preety city and there is a lot of construction going on.
