| I was told that I could access the internet via my room. I could not! Starting at around 10 pm there was a constant water noise in the walls and by 2 am I could no longer sleep. Even though the hotel offers a satisfaction guarantee none was offered to me!!!! |

I had a problem with the lock of my suitcase and could not open it. I needed to, because I had a floght to Osaka in the morning. At 2 AM, I went to the desk and thanks to the gentleman at the desk, my suitcase was opened without damage. I don't know of any place where I could have find such a help. I was thankful to him for all my meeting long in Japan. I'll go back to this hotel if I need to take a flight from Geneva. Thanks again to Hassan, who was the helpful gentleman at the desk.

Location was Excellent.
The Hotel is safe and you can leave your expensive belongigs in room or the safe provided by them.
You have to be very careful about the payments handeled in hotel. Specially the Initial check in payment as they ask for credit card verification...its a suggestion that its better to pay one time at checkin.
Keep safe your credit/debit card detail.
Local people and staff knew very less English Language. |

Excellent bargain, friendly, super clean and very well decorated rooms, quiet rooms, efficient staff, cots, great no delicious food and very good price, super friendly waiting staff and great with kids, great location - 2 mins away by free hotel bus every 15 mins, order and take food to room 24 hrs, amazing bathroom with enormous walkin shower, free local transport passes (trams trains etc) for all staying in hotel so ask for them!

Excellent hotel. Great price and rooms spotlessly clean and sound proofed. Really funky round on-suite bathrooms that look very futuristic, the showers are awesome and big enough to fit a small army! Stayed on two different occasions and couldn't fault either. Food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious (steaks were perfect) and reasonable. Recommend the cod in orange and cream sauce with egg noodles! You can also order food and take up to your room to eat if your tired or its past restaurant times (you have to pick it up yourself as no room service but this reduces the cost). We stayed with a 16 month old infant, the cot bed was imacculate, staff were super friendly and even gave us instructions on how to get to a shopping mall to get food and a snow suit! The hotel offer a free local transport pass for each person. Bus stop is 2 mins walk (this is just as the hotel is set slightly off the main road) and bus ride 1 stop to the mall (2mins). Buses every 10 mins. Ask for your pass!
Hotel is actually across the road (a kind of multi level dual carriage way which is illegal to cross on foot!!) from the airport. There is a free transfer bus to and from the airport every 15 mins, the stop can be found at the top right end of the arrivals along with other free hotel buses!
Hotel has no shop but a machine that dispenses snacks, drinks, feminine products, some baby products and any overnight essentials eg shaving kit.
Excellent standard, no frills (room service, ammenties ie salons or shops but who needs these!), fantastic price, friendly efficient staff, great location, don't be fooled by the naf pictures available! Great for families too! Will be looking out for these worldwide! THANKS TRAVEL RES!!!!!

This is the perfect hotel for a stay prior to catching a flight out of Geneva. Great value, clean, good bathroom, extremely helpful staff, and with all the essential amenities. Close proximity to the airport with efficient free shuttle to and from the hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Did not try the restaurant or breakfast (which is not included).

Initial worries that it was right next to the motorway turned out to be unfounded as the soundproofing was excellent.
Travel card for the trains & buses was a nice bonus, we made good use of it both days - adds even more to the value aspect.
Twin rooms turned out to be double beds, some of my party were not very happy about this at all. |
