we are very satisfied with the hotel. it's location is excellent and the view from the top floors is magnificent. nothing negative, really

my mother fell down in the bathtub,there is no anti-slippery measure, and hotel is not willing to take any responsiblity, nor plans to improve upon request---surprising and bad experience.

The hotel's location was excellent and there was an unexpected bonus with the free travel card. The rooms were big and the views from the upper floors was great. When you request a non smoking room you should be given one. The cost of breakfast should be identified on entrance and not when you are paying the bill!
