Very friendly and competent staff.
The breakfast buffet, which was extra, was very extensive and good.
CAFÉ HOPFEN MALZ's food was somewhat basic but tasted ok. However the portions were on the small side and the prices were expensive compared to pretty much all other restaurants we had been to on our trip.
We also had to wait a long time to get our food, which was mainly due to them being quite understaffed.
The staff that was there did their best for sure, but the chef was by himself in the kitchen and there was only one server.
This resulted in an average of 45-60 minute wait every time you ordered something, even when the girl at the reception pitched in too.
