Beautiful location, beautiful 10 minute walk to town center, My mother in law had a great spa treatment ( it takes alot to make her happy). Staff was great and the meals- breakfast was good and we ate dinner one night at that was exceptional. The kids loved the local trails, pond and park which they went to on their own. Very safe area. Could have stayed longer

All staff were very friendly. Rooms clean.
We had no hot water in our room, breakfast was not that good. |

It is located in very quiet area, but it's not far from the city centre(10min).
The number of parking lots is not enough.
Sometimes the sauna is not available. |

Rooms OK and clean ( but no english TV channels)
It is a Spa hotel and has some guests that reflect this ( frail and elderly) but nothing to distract from using the hotel
No information on hotel or surroundings in room.All notices throughout hotelincluding menus are in german only.
Hotel is located in an area of numerous hotels and overlooked. You need to walk 200 metres when the forest / open area begins although some rooms have mountain views ( we were lucky we did as on correct side of hotel and on 3rd floor, not all rooms would have this so I would recommend asking)
Breakfast poor. Lasts till 10.00 am but orange juice not refilled after 9.30 and took 15 minutes for empty plate of meats to be replaced. Seemed to be understaffed and cost driven
Worse value hotel of teh 4 we stayed in on trip, they were all similarly priced |

Large, spacious rooms and well maintained. The breakfast was very good too! Free use of the Internet in the hotel lobby.
The hotel location is not that convenient and a little hard to find with regard to getting there from the train station. However, once you know the short cut to get there on foot, it's not a problem. |
