Unable to serve dinner to us because they had been "overwhelmed" by the decision of 30 other guests to eat in the restaurant. Staff refused to summon a manager to deal with this; we saw no management on-site whilst we styaed. The restaurant/cafe/bar was under-staffed and those who were present were unsmiling and unhelpful - merely doing their job and nothing more. I see no point in staying at a "resort" hotel if the basics of provision of meals are not discharge - and the excuse of 30 unexpected diners was frankl pathetic. There are plenty of other hotels in Fussen - try one of those before you risk this one.
