 It was a little hard to find because it is located in the country side but it was nice and quiet and only about a 3 or 4 kilomtre drive to Fussen. We were surprised to get a large suite with kitchen facilities and a large sitting room. Staff (family run) were very pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again.

While the location says Fussen, the hotel is more ideally located on Hopfen Am See with beautiful views of the mountains as well as lake, without the tourist chaos of Fussen

We loved the owners, they were extremely helpful and accomidating. We did not speak German very well and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable even with the language barrier. The room was wonderful with a balcony over looking the mountains and even the castle, with the lake not far away.
NOTHING! I would recommend this to anyone. |

We were very pleased with our accomodations for three people. Our adult son had a separate room and bed for sleeping. There was a kitchen and it was nice to be able to have a cup of cocoa in the room.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and quiet. Staff was most friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had something for everyone.
Town clock and bells can be heard every quarter hour, but once you understand this it is not bothersome. |
