VERY CLEAN AND CHARMING. WONDERFUL FRIENDLY STAFF, BUT FEW PEOPLE ON SITE TO ASSIST. ONLY ONE PERSON PER SHIFT, BUT ALL WERE HELPFUL. THE HOTEL IS CHARMING AND THE MORNING BREAFAST WHICH WAS INCLUDED WAS AMPLE AND DELICIOUS. IT WAS A FULL BREAKFAST AND YOU COULD EAT INSIDE OR OUT. THE HOTEL WAS AROUND 70 METERS FROM THE RAILWAY STATION WHICH WAS SUPERB.
 LOTS OF OUTSIDE NOISE FROM THE STREET BECAUSE OF ITS LOCATION SO CLOSE TO TRAIN AND TRAFFIC OF PEOPLE COMING IN AND OUT OF THE CITY BY CAR. THE ROOMS HAD NO AIR CONDITIONING AND IT GOT EXTREMELY HOT AT NIGHT. U HAD TO OPEN ALL THE WINDOWS FOR SOME CIRCULATION WHICH EXPOSED U TO SO MUCH NOISE, BUT OTHERWISE, IT WAS GREAT. |

A wonderful place to stay. Staff is very friendly and hospitable. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We liked it so much that we stayed an additional night.

1)Breakfast was amazingly good!! Food quality and diversity!
2)Free internet.
1)The parking lot costs 5 euros and it is not said on the webpage.
2) The room was pretty small for our family and the bathroom had a glass door with a transparent curtain. So, nobody had privacy and peace to go to the bathroom or take a shower.
3) Room is clean but all covered with a suspicious red carpet. |

After initial dismay at the noisy location (overlooking a roundabout!), we grew to love this hotel and felt very "at home". Great bathroom!
The lock on our first room broke and we had to change rooms but this turned out to be an advantage because we got a better room in a quieter location. |

Thanks to that they are Konditrei (cake shop), one can eat very good breakfast.

As a family of four we often experience a hotel room with one double bed and a squeeky foldable bed. But here we had a room with two double sized beds with plenty of space around and a balcony overlooking a lit-up castle. The bathroom had a tub and a shower. The breakfast buffet was excellent even with sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries.
The room can be a little noisy at night since it is in the middle of city center. |

The hotel was clean and convenient to the castles and perfect for walking around town. Breakfast was very good. There was a gorgeous castle and beautiful old church within walking distance. I would recommend dinner at LaPerla Italian Restaurant a couple of blocks away.
We upgraded to a larger room and were charged an additional 10 Euro to move from the first floor to the 4th which was quieter because of the traffic sounds. |

The people here are very friendly and the restaurant and bakery are excellent. The location is wonderful!
The laundry service takes 12 hours, so if your stay is one day, you can't use it. No coin laundry on premises or nearby. |
