Check in time is 3pm. I reached 9am and have to wait for 45 minutes to get a room. In fact, I sent a note during reservation that early check-in and seems not delivered to hotel staff. Why not specify the arrival time during reservation (flight if any details as well), for check-in to the hotel, so to avoid this kind of inconvenience.){kind=link}
