The Isar Hotel is situated in a central and quiet area on the beautiful river Isar, close to the old town of Freising. Even the Munich Airport and the A92 motorway are just a few kilometres from the hotel.

Our guest rooms offer a cosy atmosphere with all amenities. All our rooms are equipped with shower, toilet, telephone, radio, cable TV, modem connection and mini-bar. Rooms for non-smokers are, of course, also available to you.

Start the day full of energy with a rich breakfast from the delicious and varied buffet leaving nothing to be desired. Breakfast is served from 06:00 to 10:00 a.m.

The Isarauen nature reserve is just across from the hotel. This is, of course, ideal for long walks, jogging or cycling tours along the river Isar. We provide our guests with bicycles and give you special information about trips to Munich, Landshut or Deggendorf.

We offer a shuttle service from 05:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. at a reasonable price.

Very good hotel and staff extremely kind and helpful As a non-german, I would have liked a few more international ty-channels. But this is a minor thing

Really friendly and patient girl in reception. Good explanation of all needed infos. Although the room was just in front of lift, no noise ! Good job. Reserved room was not cleaned, even after intervention. New room was offered without any delay. Boards showing the hotel position should be placed on the road.

Very "home" environment, helpful receptionists, shuttle always available, close to TI Not all receptionists speak so well English, shuttle cannot pick-up the people even can take them to TI (TI rule), would be better any other restaurant inside than China :)

Hotel suits very well for the price. There is no broadband Internet connection in the hotel. For Business travel it is very useful to have broadband Internet access.

i was very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel.and in the scheme of things its very affordable for europe. their continental breakfast wasnt the typical continental at all, the pastry choices were so fresh,and they have an espresso machine!unbelievable. freshly cooked eggs,bacon, sausage. the suttle fee to the airport was only 4 euro per person .we definetely would stay here again. of us so we the shower stall was very small, so if you are a big person youll have a bit of trouble maneuvering in it. the internet directions to the hotel are innacurate so we had trouble finding it we finally had to stop and ask for directions and even then it was trying so plan on arriving during the day and not nightime like we did. there 3 adults in our party and an 8 yr old boy so we had to rent 2 rooms,which entailed an additional expense.

Friendly, courtious staff Hotel and furniture in it are old. Shower fixture was not attractive.
