The room we stayed was on the 7th fl front side. Room was spacious, clean had a very good view. Very comfortable stay.
Location of the hotel is very good, just in front of the main station. The shopping area and the places of interest are also within walking distance.
The Hotel Reception Lady gave us a very bad room in 1st fl back side at first. I denied to take that room as I have paid from my credit card nearly a month earlier. She told me that nothing better was available on that day. I kept on requesting her. She told me that a good room was available at higher cost,which I didn't take.Then At last after half an hour she wished to allote a good room to us on the 7th fl with very good view. My question is' how she could find this room within 25 minutes if this room was not available? I feel, she thought that an Indian family would not understand what quality is expected from a hotel like Novotel Freiburgh. Her dealing was bad.
