Die Fensterisolation war gut und sauber.

Wäre gut, wenn die Gäste im Voraus informiert werden, nicht direkt vor dem Hotel hinfahren soll.

Great hotel!! The only thing I think they can improve on is giving explicit instructions how to get there (it is in the pedestrian-only zone of the city, and as a foreigner I wasn't sure where I could drive).

they were very accomodating. even held our luggage after checkout while we went to lunch.

Freiburg is a bit difficult to navigate off the main streets. due to no fault of the hotel we went pretty roundabout to get to the hotel. for future visitors, walk straight out of the train station and and you will end up by the rathouse plaza and steps from the hotel. about a five minute walk.
