Very friendly, helpful staff. Their breakfast buffet is the BEST I've ever had in a hotel. Linen tablecloths, fresh flowers on table. So many choices. Fantastic waiters & waitresses. The room had plenty of space and very comfortable chairs. This hotel is 1 block or so off the MAIN street in Freiburg.

The ONLY negative comment I have concerns the mattress on my bed. This was one of the HARDEST beds I have ever slept on. To make it softer, I used an extra quilt and put it under me. That helped. This hotel is fantastic in every other way.

Incredibly helpful and pleasant staff, with fantastically clean rooms and bathrooms. Some of the decor a little cheesy e.g. wooden horses and stuffed birds.

Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfast suiting both European and "English" guests. Map could be more detailed for entrance. Internet connection very slow.
