Stars/Recommendation
We checked out a day early because the room was inappropriate. We had a second bed for our son, but this was placed next to the window so that it could not open properly. Even with furniture rearrangement, the room was unbearably hot (no air conditioning). We arrived at 3.45pm, but teh room was not available; we were not informed about how to use the public "wellness" facilities (not owned by hotel); we were not given 3 sets of towels and then when new ones arrived they were all hand towels (my husband and son wanted to go swimming)- we had to ask several times for towels; the staff, although friendly, never seemed to know what they were doing!
It's the second time in 2 years that me and my wife are guests of this wonderful hotel. a must for relaxing.
