The hotel has a weird feeling, because it seems to be completely isolated from any noise 9for understandable reasons). You feel like in a cpasule when you are in your room and won't hear a thing. |

bathroom did not have washcloths; lacked body lotion, hair conditioner. Room was VERY tiny - no mention was made that this reservation would produce a substandard room. No warning was given that airport shuttle only stops at Terminal 1; travelers need to make extra time to get to Terminal 2 on their own. |

Good restaurants, especially breakfast buffet.

Inefficient check in.
Cold, uninviting atmosphere.

Room 760 in executive tower very close to elevators and noise of elevator equipment very loud in room. |

This hotel has the worst and slowest check-in of any hotel that I've stayed at. I've stayed here twice, so it wasn't just a one-time issue. There was NO water in the morning, so I could not take a shower. They reduced my bill by 50%, but it was still not worth it. I will never stay at this hotel again. |

Excellent location, shuttle service and hotel facilities. Very friendly staff and good bistro.

Only downside is the internet facility which includes two PCs only for the whole of the hotel and there is no user-friendly booking system. |

The Steigenberger is as nice or nicer than the sheraton that is right on the airport property. I needed to be close to the airport to catch an early flight, and the Sheraton is really just too expensive. As an alternative...I suggest to take a taxi to the hotel, and use the free shuttle to catch your flight in the morning....and save a lot of money but still have a very nice hotel.

Very pleasantly surprised! Just looking for a room to stay overnight to catch our flight out the next morning. Would we go back....YES!

great location for FRA airport. free and frequent shuttle service to FRA. great lobby / bar area, good restaurant (Untere Schweinstiege) on premises

rooms are less attractive than public areas. Have a disturbing seventies feel, appear to need an overhaul really soon. Very old TV. No real double beds - two mattresses pushed together. |

Very freindly and professional staff

bed and linen so "water reflecting" that is was very unconftable. You may have had problems before, but it was directly uncomftable - a pity for the quality impression I had from the hotel, and will make me seriously consider to come back. |

Long lines to check out in the morning. They did not have enough people working the front desk and I ended up waiting about 15 minutes. |

Very clean and nice hotel, but what really set it above others was the friendliness of the staff at check in. They actually smiled and made me feel glad to be there.
