The front office staff who checked me in deserves a 10 on 10 as a score. She was efficient, helpful, outgoing, had a pleasant smile. I wish everyone was like her when checking-in at a hotel.

| Very disappointed that VPN connection did not work on both night that I stayed at property. I need this for my business and went to the terminal to perform work related tasks. |

Best part is the location and convenience. One feels very safe
During check in I had 8 people in front of me. There were two agents checking in. They called for help but it took quite a while. This was my first impression during check in and it was too long. |

Convenient to stay in when arriving on a flight and departing on another the next morning. Conceirge was especially friendly and helpful.
Very expensive. No breakfast included. Extremely hot in room all night. Couldn't get AC to go lower and couldn't open windows. |

Staff reacted quickly to the complaints, but there is no personal touch, you are not a guest, rather a number...
When I entered the room, I was greeted by a bunch of black hair on the floor of the bathroom... urgg! Secondly, my TV set was damaged. They exchanged it but the VOD did not work. They exchanged it again. Thirdly: The shower rapidly changed between ice-cold and super-hot -- too much of a hassle for a ***** hotel, I'd say... |
