 Price and room should include breakfast. Cheaper hotels do include breakfast. Also computer terminal should be free. Cheaper hotels do that.

Very nice, clean rooms, Good weekend special price, fantastic location.
When I arrived in the morning, they told me I would have to wait until 2PM to check into the room. But if I paid a 25Euro "Early Check-in" I could go right to the room. This means they had rooms available, but just wanted to give me a hard time in order to squeeze another 25Euros out of me. I did not like that! If they had rooms available, why not just give the customer the room? It doesn't cost them anything more...Bad attitude... |

I had a very positive experience here. The location is top, the rooms were very nice, modern and clean and generally quiet. I did request a quiet room upon check-in and got it. But the price is the best: they offer good deals. It is a 4-star hotel, but I've seen 3-stars advertised for more than the price for this.
I can think of no negative comments. |

The hotel is convenient and central. The staff spoke excellent English, and were very friendly.
I asked for a quiet room at the back, and was given a noisy one at the front The room had a connecting door to another room, where children woke at 5.30am. |

Given the 4 star classification of this hotel and it's central location this was one of the best hotel deals in Europe.
The night staff were not as comptetent as the highly efficient daytime staff. I had to go back to reception twice to correct mistakes made by the night time reception team |

The weekend rate is very good for this hotel which is very nicely decorated and clean. They also have an excellent breakfast with hot entrees ( eggs, bacon, sausages ) and not just bread and cold meats like the rest of the hotels I used during my trip. The welcoming drink is also a nice touch. This hotel was the cheapest for this trip and was the best.
