 Good position near to the main station.
 I had a room to the backyard where not only the kitchen staff dispose all the garbage but also the roommaids store dirty sheets. That makes a lot of sounds into the night. |

| Had to wait 6 hours in a room without heat until finally moved to another room which I was told was not available when I first issued my complaint. It does not say anywhere that the area is very questionable. (A lot of prostitutes right around the corner) Was advised by cabby not to go out alone in this area at night. |

The room was nice and practical. Possibility to make coffee and tea in the room was great.
City Maps and bus and train maps were not easily available in the reception.
The breakfast: The restaurant is very noisy and there´s not enough room for everybody. Eggs were overcooked. There was only one and very slow coffee machine so that people have to stand and wait a long time to get coffee. Meanwhile the waiter takes the plates away. There´s a lot to improve with the breakfast. There´s no knives to cut the bread, for example. There´s no newspapers at all.
There is also need to improve the English skills of the Staff. The Fair Center is not 0,8 km away from the hotel. Maybe the double, 1,5 km. But the tramway goes near, so that´s not a problem. |

Excellent room! The hotel is very close to the train station.
The garage is very good, but, it´s not in the main buiding (two blocks from the hotel). |

Air condition is too weak (does not coll enough). |

No problems at all. Very close to the train (5 min walk) station yet not to close that the seedy elements of the station impact on you. Very close to city centre (5 min walk). Staff are excellent. Rooms were very clean, modern and spacious. Overall, I have no complaints.
